Copyright
The artist retains all copyrights in all works of art that are produced, including models and prints. When a portrait is commissioned, I reserve the right to display it in my website gallery and on my social media pages. Clients who do not want their commissioned portrait displayed online must notify me before work begins.
Payment
To commission a portrait, full payment must be made before the portrait can begin. You can also pay through monthly installments as long as the installments are complete for the portrait to begin. I accept PayPal or credit cards through a PayPal invoice for international payments and bank transfer for payments in Spain.
Most items are shipped within 3-5 business days after the portrait is completed.
Please note that I work on a first come, first serve basis and lead times can take up to 2 months, so please contact me to make sure your portrait is complete and delivered in the time you need.
Shipping
All orders are shipped securely with a tracking number to the address you provide. If the item is a gift, it can be sent directly to the recipient. Please provide the address at the time of ordering.
Cancellations
Customers have a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of payment of their first installment / in full to cancel their order, in which they will receive a full refund. Cancellations must be made by email, once canceled clients will lose their place on my waiting list.
If customers cancel their order after 7 days have passed, the payment will be held as a loss of business, to cover artist time, administration, emails, mockups, payment fees.
If clients cancel their order and work has started on the portrait, all payments will be withheld to cover artist time, administration, and materials used.

Changes or rejection of finished portrait
Upon receiving an approved portrait, clients have 7 days to contact me regarding any required changes. If the portrait needs to be returned for modifications, the client must cover the necessary shipping costs in both directions.
Damage in transit
My portraits are very well packaged; however, in the unlikely event of damage in transit, please send a photo of the damaged artwork immediately. The artwork must be returned to me and a new portrait will be made at no cost. The new portrait will be added to my client's waiting list.
Wait time
I often have a client waiting list and the waiting time will depend on the time of year and the number of other portraits booked on my schedule. I will provide an estimated completion date to your inquiry.
For specific dates, for example, for a birthday, I will do my best to have your portrait ready on the date you want it.
Privacy Policy
The artist will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties.
Hand drawing is not a photograph
While every precaution has been taken to ensure the accuracy of reproduction of prints in accordance with their originals, the artist cannot guarantee 100% similarity due to scan settings, individual monitor / screen settings, and sharpness of the photos provided.
VAT and Import Duties
All items for sale, including commission, are not subject to value added tax. The payment of import duties may be responsible in some countries, which is the sole responsibility of the customer.
