Shipment


When will I recive my order?


It takes us between 3 and 7 business days to process an order, after which we will ship it to you. The shipping time depends on your location, but you can estimate it as follows:


USA (For orders managed from this country): Between 5 and 8 business days

Europe (For orders handled from this continent): Between 5 and 8 business days International: 10-20 business days


Where is my order shipped from?


We work with a print-on-demand company with management centers in America and Europe!



Will I have to pay customs fees for my order?


International orders may incur additional customs charges. This rate is not under our control, and is the decision of your customs agency. Customs policies vary greatly between countries, so we recommend that you speak with your local authorities to clarify this point.


My order should have arrived by now, but I haven't received it yet. What I do?


Before contacting us, please help us by following these steps:


● Check your confirmation email to make sure there are no errors in the shipping address.


● Ask about your order at your local post office.


● Ask your neighbors if the carrier had left them your package.



Pro tip: Avoid theft if you are not going to be home on the day of delivery, use your work address or where you are going to be.


If the address is correct and the package is not in the post office or with your neighbors, please contact us atjennifer@art13jenn.com with your order number.


If there is a problem with your shipping address, we may send your product back to you, but you will have to bear the costs.


Pro tip: Your po codestal is a crucial part of your address. Make sure you enter it correctlyand.

How do I track my order?


If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a link by email when your order is shipped. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us at jennifer@art13jenn.com .


I have received a wrong or damaged product. What I do?


We are sorry if your product has arrived damaged. To solve it as soon as possible, send us an email to jennifer@art13jenn.com in a week from the moment of delivery with photos of your damaged product, your order number and any other details you have about the order. We will contact you with a solution asap!



Returns


What is our return policy?


We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if something happens to your order, please contact us atjennifer@art13jenn.com .


Do you return the money?


We only offer money back to customers who receive wrong or damaged items. If this is your case, please contact us atjennifer@art13jenn.comwith photos of your item and we will find a solution.


Can I exchange a product for a different size or color?


At this time we do not offer changes. If you are not sure which size will fit you best, please check our size guides in the product descriptions.


It is not a common case, but it can happen that there is an error in the labeling of a product. If that's the case, contact us atjennifer@art13jenn.comin one week from the time of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item in question and we will help you as soon as possible.

Order Delays During COVID-19


The art13jenn team wants to thank you for supporting our business in this difficult time.

Over the past few weeks, the world has been adjusting to a strange normality. It has been difficult for everyone, but we hope that the situation may change soon.


We are permanently in contact with our suppliers to keep us informed about delays in handling and shipping. These are our estimated times:


Our average management time is 2 to 5 business days in the case of products that are not clothing items and 2 to 7 business days when it comes to products that are clothing items.


We know that our regular times may be delayed by Covid-19, so we appreciate your patience and your support of our business.


That said, we will do everything in our power to meet our delivery estimates.


The good news is that we now have more time to focus and work on new designs and products for the store.
